Hi, LEAD! This is NAME from the Aveda Institute in LOCATION. I noticed we have had some trouble connecting in the past for these virtual tours. We are very dedicated in helping our students pursue their passions and connecting them with an admissions counselor. Please understand that our admissions counselors time is very valuable and we take tours all day long to help our students who are committed to the industry.

Since you have missed quite a few of these meetings that we take the time to dedicate to students who are eager to get started, I wanted to reach out and see if there are any obstacles that we can help you with so that we can assure you get all of the information you need to be recommended for acceptance to our counselors. Is there anything we can do to make sure that we can get you connected on our virtual Zoom tour the next time we get you rescheduled?
