Vonage Dispositions

VONAGE DISPOSITIONS

A guide of when it’s appropriate to use each Vonage disposition when logging a call. As always, please use your best judgement for specific situations that aren’t clearly defined below!

CALL BACK LATER: To be used if Vonage cannot connect a call (yellow error message is displayed) or when scheduling a call back for a lead. If a lead asks to call back at a later time, do your best to get a specific day and time and schedule a call back for them. When selecting this disposition, you must include call notes to explain why they’ve been marked as such.

LEFT VOICEMAIL: To be used only when a voicemail has been left.

NOT INTERESTED: To be used if a lead has expressed that they’re no longer interested or if they hang up on you. By selecting not interested, the lead will not be contacted for three months.

BOOKED TOUR: To be used after booking a CPS.

OUT OF SERVICE: To be used if the lead’s number is not in service.

DO NOT CALL: To be used if a duplicate lead is called by mistake, if the lead is reaching out on behalf of someone else, if the lead has been directed to the appropriate place (ie: Student Success for re-enrollments,) if the wrong number was entered, or if a lead asks to be taken off of our call list. Do not call is not to be used if a lead expresses they’re no longer interested, as there is a disposition for that. When selecting this disposition, you must include call notes to explain why they’ve been marked as such.

VOICEMAIL FULL: To be used if a lead has no voicemail set up or voicemail is full.

DISQUALIFIED: To be used if a lead has a non-expungable felony or is unable to be expunged in a reasonable amount of time (3-6 months,) if a lead doesn’t have a HS DIP/GED and has no plans on earning one or the lead will not receive GED in a reasonable amount of time (3-6 months.) If a lead is in early HS, the best practice is to schedule a call back closer to their graduation date.

UNQUALIFIED: To be used if a lead is specifically looking for a program that we do not offer (ie: standalone nail technician, barbering,) if a lead has explicitly expressed that our schedule will not work for them, or if the commute is too long for them. Make sure to offer their respective Cosmetology State Board’s number.
